adaptiveX’s mission is simple: Help MS Partners and end-users achieve Delivery and Operational excellence, while enabling the people who work there enjoy their careers and personal lives more.
Many boutique firms grow beyond 200 employees but continue operating as if they were still a team of 25, creating significant stress and frustration to the people who work there.
At the same time, more than 75% of implementations across the industry fail to reach ROI, while 25% fail to even go live.
At adaptiveX, we ourselves have taken over several failing D365 implementations, where best practices were ignored, the methodology was absent or inconsistent, people were burned out, scope and budget mgmt. were weak, and working relationships had broken down. This brings tremendous financial and personal burden for the end-client, the service provider, and the people who work in both.
This shouldn’t be business as usual!
Across more than 25+ implementations between them, Alexios and Varia have never had any failed projects. All of the implementations they've led, have successfully gone live and continued on to successful user adoption.

Through his 20 years of consulting experience—17 of those in Microsoft Dynamics—Alexios has worked with more than 10 Microsoft Partners. In such, he offers a distinctive perspective in the business.
Alexios holds a BS in Computer Science from Univ. of La Verne, and a MS in Info. Systems Mgmt. from Carnegie Mellon University. In his Dynamics career, he’s held all the possible project roles in the SDLC, specializing in Project Mgmt. He has worked in several Big Four consulting firms—Deloitte, Accenture, Avanade, and RSM—and held executive roles in PMO, Delivery and Operations in six boutique Microsoft Partners during periods of rapid growth and scaling, giving him a wide breadth of project and company operational insight that is difficult to match.
In Alexios’ words:
“Deloitte was my first professional role in the U.S., and it was an exceptional place to learn. The client work gave me valuable experience, but what impacted me even more was seeing how a well-structured, well-run professional services organization operated from the inside: How they created, measured, and maintained service delivery excellence, how well they operated as a consulting practice, and how they mentored, promoted and advanced the careers of all their practitioners, and took care of their people holistically, not just financially.
My time in several boutique practices rounded out that education. Delivery excellence and methodology, project governance, project and internal SOPs, internal policies, service delivery models, career coaching, mentorship and people management must be tailored to a firm’s culture, people, customer base, and size. Every practice is different and requires a thoughtful, customized approach.”

Varia brings a multi-cultural background and an empathetic, human-centric approach to company operations and management. She holds a BA in Linguistics, an Organization Change Management certification, and is currently pursuing ICF-accredited Life Coaching certification. She began her career in tourism and hospitality before transitioning into consulting, where for the past 12 years she has managed MS Dynamics365 implementations as a Project Manager and Organizational Change Management consultant. Varia also served as a PMO Director for two Microsoft Partners, leading initiatives in methodology standardization and process improvement, as well as mentoring and managing teams of Project Managers.
Varia’s greatest strength is people; and how they relate to each other, the work they do or wished they did, and their employers. She is gifted in recognizing, evaluating, and adapting solution approaches to the unique individuals who will be building them, using them, and living with them, post-implementation.
In Varia’s words:
“Something I've learned after years in this field: you simply cannot optimize a system without understanding the humans running it. People aren't just resources — they're complex, emotional, and motivated by far more than business metrics and targets. Even the most elegant, well-thought-out process is guaranteed to break down if it doesn't align with the culture of the organization and the human beings at the heart of it. And this is what I seek to emphasize in the organizations I work with.”
